“Gen V” Will Not Return for a Third Season on Amazon
Amazon Prime Video's superhero series "Gen V", a spin-off of "The Boys", has been officially cancelled after two seasons. Executive producers Eric Kripke and Evan Goldberg confirmed that while the show itself won't return for a third season, the characters will continue their stories in the upcoming fifth season of "The Boys" and other projects within the VCU (Vought Cinematic Universe). The series, set at Godolkin University, followed young supes training to join The Seven. The second season, which aired in late 2025, achieved significant viewership initially but struggled to maintain its top-ten ranking on Nielsen's streaming chart.
